These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of autochatly.com, our mobile/web applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms


By creating an account, accessing, or using AutoChatly, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use AutoChatly.

By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

  • AutoChatly is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

4. Services Overview


AutoChatly provides AI-powered chat automation and communication tools, including:

  • WhatsApp & multi-channel chatbots

  • Automated message workflows, campaigns, and analytics

  • Customer communication APIs


We may update, improve, or modify features at any time for performance, security, or compliance reasons.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Services operate on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).

  • By purchasing a plan, you authorize AutoChatly to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

  • Prices are displayed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (available upon request or as part of billing FAQs).

  • We may revise pricing with prior notice.

6. Referral & Affiliate Program


AutoChatly offers a referral and affiliate system to eligible users:

  • Commissions apply only on verified paid sales (no self-referrals).

  • Commission percentages, lock periods, and payout schedules may change without prior notice.

  • Users must comply with applicable tax laws and complete KYC before payouts.

  • Any fraudulent, misleading, or spam-based promotion may result in termination and loss of commissions.


AutoChatly reserves the right to suspend or end the program for any user violating terms.

7. Use of Services


You agree not to:

  • Use AutoChatly for spam, scams, or unauthorized marketing.

  • Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks.

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our software without permission.

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights (including WhatsApp’s or Meta’s policies).


Violation may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property


All content, code, and materials on AutoChatly (logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software) are owned by AutoChatly Technologies and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our Services solely for business operations.

9. Limitation of Liability


AutoChatly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use our Services

  • Unauthorized access or data breaches beyond reasonable control

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities


Use of the platform is at your sole risk.

10. Data & Privacy


Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using AutoChatly, you consent to data processing as outlined in that policy.

11. Suspension & Termination


We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse or abuse the Services

  • Required by law or third-party platform restrictions (e.g., Meta or WhatsApp policies)


Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

12. Third-Party Integrations


AutoChatly may integrate with third-party services such as:

  • Meta Cloud API, OpenAI API, Razorpay, Google Analytics, etc.

    Each service operates under its own terms and privacy policies, and AutoChatly is not responsible for their actions.

13. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Panipat, Haryana, India.

14. Modifications


We may revise these Terms at any time.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
